Heinrich did Meta in 2014 and soon after joined the team to later become our fearless leader of the institution. Heinrich truly has an incredible sense of leadership and wisdom, while Suné has a beautiful and sensitive spirit. Together Heinrich and Suné make a joyful and exciting team and keep guiding young people through a life-changing process. Both of them love their community and especially enjoys guiding other men and women into fullness. They are by far the most intense, interesting, and exiting members of the team. Combined, the experience they have of being part of the Metamorpho team is 17 years.

JP is a very adventurous, outgoing and softhearted person. He has a big heart for ministry but a bigger one for the next generation. His character is solid, straightforward, and he is steadfast with true justice, but can also be goofy. His passion is to see the people understanding their identity in Christ and that they will understand the love God has for them. His hobbies are gym, hunting, Golf and keeping fish as pets.

Marcelle recently joined the Meta team. Her attributes to the team are mostly behind the scenes to assist with admin and logistics so that the leaders can give their full attention to the students. She loves being outdoors, being active, spending time with her husband, Fritz, and their 3 children. She is gentle, has a pure, honest love for people. Thrives on encouraging people and redirecting people on a path of healing and restoration so that they can thrive as human beings and give Jesus all the glory. She serves in the Kingdom of Light as a prophetic prayer warrior and a washer of feet.

Abigale is a passionate and caring young leader that loves Jesus with all of her heart, ready to serve in His kingdom. She loves to bring God's joy, brightness and comfort into areas of uncertainty. She is bold and confident in who she is in Jesus and therefore she can bring God's clarity and truth over others.

Ruan is a caring and loving person. He likes to be on an adventure and live a life full of meaning and purpose. Equipping young people with truth is his passion. Knowing God and making Him known is what he lives for. He loves to be around the community and make memories with them.

Hanno is an ambitious leader passionate about creating environments that honor God and genuinely love people. He leads Meta Ventures, overseeing the expansion of the high ropes experience, the Meta Shop, and the Meta Market—spaces designed to foster growth, excellence, and meaningful community

Driven to reach stagnant men, Alexandré is a Christ-centered leader dedicated to serving, teaching, and testifying to God's truth. He is currently refining his management and teaching skills while pursuing a future in sport coaching, where he aims to guide men toward their true identity through the discipline of athletics and the strength of the Spirit. Relying on God as his defender and source of renewed strength, committed to a life of resilience, prayer, and growth.

Philip is a fascinating individual, known for his adventurous spirit and deep passion for connecting with people. His primary focus is serving others, not out of obligation, but because he sees it as a privilege. Firmly grounded in his identity in Christ, Philip exemplifies strong and compassionate leadership, always striving to understand and uplift those around him. He is dedicated to setting new standards and pursuing excellence in everything he does.

Jethro is a young man with a passion for seeking Christ daily and the younger generation. He really dreams to see the younger generation know that their identity and worth is rooted in Jesus Christ and to see them live out that truth daily. If you have anything football to talk about, he's your guy. He's a ball of energy always willing to bring that vibe and not shy of expressing himself, always laughing and always willing to help wherever he can. He is very hardworking, dedicated and always willing to learn something new. If you don't catch him watching a football match then you might find him hanging out with friends.

Jeandré carries an enthusiastic attitude that lights up every room, thriving on genuine connection. Always present and attentive, they listen with an open heart, making others feel seen, heard, and valued. Radical in his faith with Jesus, his life reflects deep conviction, love, and bold obedience. His warmth invites trust, and his joy in connecting with people turns every conversation into a meaningful exchange toward transformation.

Devandt is a calm, disciplined, and servant-hearted student with a growing desire to lead through humility and love for others. He thrives in structured environments, leading quietly and faithfully behind the scenes, remaining adaptable in every season. Guided by purpose and personal growth, he seeks to serve people with gentleness while growing into a leader who reflects compassion, humility, and Christ-like character.

Paulo is a young man who loves to connect with the younger generation and loves to transform their lives thanks to god who works through him . For him It's all about obedience and being obedient to what God says to him . He has this big desire to help the younger generation get back their identity with god and truly discover themself who god created them to be . And I love to bring glory to God by using the talents he's been given me . And I live by the quote: a wasted life is a life lived in fear.

Jancke vd Merwe is deeply passionate about Jesus and loves Him with all of her heart. She chooses to live rooted in truth—God's truth—and believes authenticity matters; that people should feel free to be real, honest, and down to earth. Her desire is to serve Jesus faithfully and to reflect His love in a way that is genuine, approachable, and real.

Luca, a passionate young woman who embodies luminous light. She loves thrifting, reading, and grooving to her own beat. With a heart full of kindness, she shares truth in a straightforward way. Adaptable and strong, she's comforted by Psalms 94:19. Her name reflects her spirit – a bringer of light in all she does.
